Born on 18th August 1935 in Sodišinci. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in 1966 with prof. Gabriel Stupica, post-graduate studies of restoration finished with prof. Mirko Šubic. Until retirement, he worked at the National Gallery in Ljubljana.
